Before You Lead is not the same as facilitator training but it's a great first step.
Up to three months of Before You Lead membership fees will be subtracted from your Informed Intuitive Breathwork tuition if you decide to continue your breathwork path as a facilitator.

You're the person everyone turns to, and you instinctively know how to hold space, but you've been wondering how to show up for others without feeling drained or second-guessing yourself. You've felt the pull of breathwork ever since your first session and can't stop thinking about its power to heal and transform.
We've created two certification paths to serve different learning styles and schedules.
💛Group Training is for people excited to binge lessons and take action immediately while building relationships with fellow students during bi-weekly support calls. You'll get comprehensive online training with optional in-person meetings and 12 months of ongoing support.
💛Apprentice Program matches you with an experienced breathwork mentor for 3 virtual private sessions, 6 virtual training meetings, and 5 months of direct guidance. Perfect if you need a flexible schedule, want to fast-track your practice, or there's a BLS practitioner whose style you admire.
Step into leadership with confidence, knowing you have both the techniques and the expertise. By the time you complete IIBC, you won't just know the techniques, you'll embody them.

You've completed your certification and you're ready to take your life as a breathwork facilitator to the next level.
⚡You're comfortable in the breathwork space but need support making it a sustainable business, and you're interested in spreading your knowledge to other apprentices and students.
⚡You're ready to expand your practice and business but need ongoing support and professional recognition.
This second year of training cements your knowledge as a facilitator through experience in a leadership role.
Emotional, business, and strategic support through your first year as a breathwork facilitator.
Get one-to-one coaching with Chauna through quarterly calls and learn to define yourself as an advanced practitioner through special projects and focused research.
Graduates can apply to lead apprenticeship training through BLS.
Upon graduation, students will meet the requirements for the 400-hour Breathwork Practitioner through the Global Professional Breathwork Alliance.

The 200-hour apprenticeship includes
3 private Breathwork sessions
6 live virtual training sessions
4 months of support
Access to the Facilitator Playbook (home of the course lectures)
Access to the Apiary Library (learn from 26 Breathworkers and healing professionals)

Would you prefer to train one to one? Or do you have a schedule that requires more flexibility? The apprenticeship pathway might be right for you.

Tuition ranges from $4800-6000 depending on the faculty member. Due to the limited number of apprenticeship seats available, scholarships are not available for the apprenticeship pathway.

Facilitator training includes live virtual training, access to recorded lectures in the Facilitator Playbook, interviews and lectures by 26 unique Breathworkers, and guided sessions in the Apiary Library.

The training is offered twice a year, and the next training starts in September 2024.

After completing the Breathwork Facilitator Training, BLS will certify students to facilitate one-to-one and group Breathwork sessions. Your BLS Certificate assures your future clients that they are working with an ethical, radical, capable Breathworker.

Year Two

The second-year senior-level training is intended to deepen the knowledge gained during the facilitator training through practice teaching hours, supervision, and research projects.
Advanced training includes everything listed in Facilitator training, including monthly supervision, office hours, and free admission to quarterly virtual summits focusing on business and personal development and energy work. Advanced Facilitators mentor first-year students, gaining experience in leadership, boundaries, and communication.

The advanced training is offered twice a year alongside the first-year students, so you can attend new sessions, mentor first students, and continue learning from the Faculty Playbook and Apiary lectures. The next training starts in September 2024.Students must complete year one training with BLS before moving into the advanced training.

After completing the Advanced Training and Mentorship, graduates can apply for Global Professional Breathwork Alliance accreditation and are eligible to move into a faculty position at Breath Liberation Society.
